"Getting to know my body has been a gift, and learning to appreciate the connection between my mind and body has been one of the most rewarding thing I’ve ever done.”
Alejandra manages the 136 Union Street location and oversees operations including customer relations, staffing, and day to day studio operations for both studios. A graduate of Hotel Administration from the Escuela National Hotelera INACAP, Santiago, Chile, Alejandra was working as a web designer when she discovered the benefits of personal training and yoga. Growing up she struggled with her body weight into her twenties but then she discovered new physical abilities and inner strengths that previously had gone unrecognized. Over the past 8 year’s, Alejandra’s has developed an impressive amount of experience building strength and conditioning programs for Pre/Postnatal clients including multiple pregnancies (her record is currently = 4 individual births with a single client!). She leads and teaches Elements of Fitness (everyday athlete's signature program for new clients), as well as Boot Camp classes. After the birth of her daughter Ella, Alejandra developed a series of specific training techniques designed for new mothers and mothers-to-be. These techniques focus on the physical issues that arise from weight gain, muscular imbalances and new energy demands, and prepare moms for the physical challenges of motherhood. Alejandra strives to empower all her clients but specifically new mothers to find strength and comfort in their pre/postnatal bodies.
