Invitation Climbing Program
- Is your child very interested in climbing?
- Do they seem to possess above average climbing ability, potential and a real desire to learn how to climb better?
Everyday Athlete's Invitational Climbing Progam Program teaches kids how to be better climbers in a fun and intimate setting with lots of One on One attention. Our program focuses on the individual strengths of your child and helps them build confidence and skills in a progressive and systematic way. Our program establishes a solid foundation of basic climbing techniques and movements your child will need to become a better climber including but limited to:
- Climbing Movement, Balance, Injury Prevention, Conditioning for Climbing, Core training and strength for climbing.
Our groups are small and filled with fun and designed to bring out the best in your child.
Groups are divided by age and ability.
- Age Groups: 4 - 7 ; 8 - 12+, Teens.
Due to popularity and limited number of spots available (we keep a 3:1 instructor student ratio), please sign up early.

Summer Camp, Brooklyn Heights
Your child will love our summer camp program. They will learn how to make the world their playground™ as they climb, tumble, dance, and play. Our conveniently located new facility is the perfect environment for them to explore their physical creativity and develop new skills and have a great time. Local field trips and daily visits to parks will supplement our indoor play. For downtime, they’ll draw, paint, play games, watch fun & inspiring movies and have free time to bond with friends.

Just like our signature Everyday Athlete class, with a unique twist. Our unique cardio-intensive "metabolic strength training" (MST) adds an additional goal of maintaining an elevated heart rate. Designed to support you in your weight loss and body composition goals, this small group class is challenging, supportive and fun!
Boxing
Boxing integrates the intensity and elation of a cardio workout with the power and grace of boxing. Improve your strength, responsiveness, coordination and mental focus -- and have a little fun, too!

Mommy + Baby Bungee™
Mommy + Baby Bungee. They bounce. You bounce back. In this integrated small group training class, you’ll build awareness, core strength, balance, flexibility and stamina. Balancing interval cardio with movement-based strength training, you’ll use everything from medicine balls and suspension trainers to agility ladders, hurdles, kettle bells, sandbags and more. Meanwhile, your baby learns basic socialization and gross motor skills, safely jumping in a Baby Bungee Bouncer.

Postnatal Bootcamp
Our small group circuit training designed specifically for postnatal women, this class restores and builds core muscles, strength, flexibility and balance. BetaMax
BetaMax Climbing is open bouldering session meets small group class. You'll have the space to explore and problem-solve on your own, with our expert climbing instructors staying on the mat for interactive guidance. Refine your approach and technique, build endurance and confidence, and experience real improvement from week to week.

Explore the tallest bouldering wall in Brooklyn (17.5 feet!), with our friendly expert climbing instructors on site for guidance when you want it. From 3-year-olds developing motor skills to 12 year-olds preparing for sports, Everyday Athlete keeps classes challenging, engaging and fun. Half-Hour Core Power
Half-Hour Core Power is targeted, focused, and challenging core work in a small group setting. You'll build strength and awareness of the core muscles, which are essential for nearly all physical movements and activities. Developing this critical muscle group protects the spine, prevents injury, increases balance and enhances performance – no matter what you’re doing.

Tumble Tots (18 mos. - 3 yrs.)
This is a joy-filled movement education program that combines basic tumbling skills and movements to teach balance, coordination, self-confidence, social skills, and motor development in a supportive atmosphere. Obstacle courses, ball play, trampoline, music, and parachute games are some of the fun activities incorporated into class time. Active parent/caregiver supervision is required.
Runs September 14th-December 21st, with no class the week of Thanksgiving. Thursday classes start October 4th!

Tumble Cubs + Lions (3-5 years)
Known as "the separation class", Tumble Cubs helps pre-schoolers separate from their parent/caregiver. The goal of the class is to instill and to develop your child's self-confidence by improving their physical skills. Children learn problem solving skills and develop solid gross motor skills and coordination using a combination of movement education, specialized gymnastic tumbling, and trampoline work.

Recreational Tumbling/Advanced Recreational Tumbling (6 years+)
Recreational tumbling for boys and girls helps kids develop dynamic major motor skills, strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. Specific emphasis is placed upon individual execution, performance, and learning. Group sizes are small and supportive. Kids are encouraged to mutually share in their successes and help build each others' confidence.

Tailored to meet the specific demands of your life and the sports you love, Cross-Sport Strength and Conditioning will enable you to play harder while reducing the risk of injuries, increasing your endurance and ability to perform well.
