This is a joy-filled movement education program that combines basic tumbling skills ands movements to teach balance, coordination, self-confidence, social skills and motor development in a supportive atmosphere. Obstacle courses, ball play, trampoline, music and parachute games are some of the fun activities incorporated into class time. Active parent/caregiver supervision is required.

Tumble Cubs helps pre-schoolers separate from their parents/caregivers. You child will build self-confidence and skills all while improving their problem solving skills and developing better coordination. This class uses a unique combination of movement education, specialized gymnastic tumbling and trampoline work to keep your little cub moving and focused.

Tumble Tigers progressively challenges kids helping them develop dynamic gross motor skills, strength, flexibility, coordination and the confidence to progress to the next level of tumbling and trampoline skills. Safe and focused tumbling instruction, as well as movement education and more advanced gymnastic and tumbling equipment are utilized and customized based upon each child's ability and confidence.

Kids have fun and learn dynamic trampoline skills, such as tuck jumps, straddle jumps, various turns, seat drops, as well as other more complex movement patterns. Emphasis is placed upon learning precise body control and alignment while in the air and on the mats. Kids build on their strengths, grow more confidence and work on specific challenges including balance and flexibility.

recreation tumbling for boys and girls helps kids develop dynamic major motor skills, strength, flexibility, balance and coordination. Kids are encouraged and mutually share in their success and help build each other's confidence.

Specific gymnastic and tumbling skills are taught to help young gymnasts develop more specific age-appropriate dynamic motor skills, strength, stability, balance and agility. Group size is small and instruction is individualized and customized as much as possible with emphasis placed upon individual and group skill development and positive group participation and dynamics.

This conditioning program focuses on improving-specific power movement skills through innovative functional training systems. Athletes are introduced to strength, rotational power, core, speed, agility and quickness. This course will give your young athlete the boost needed to win challenges and elevate their performance on or off the field.

This program focuses on the physical parameters used to make individuals and teams excel. Working alongside existing coaching staff, Tomas Anthony (Founder, everyday athlete®) teaches athletes how to move more efficiently and extract more power and speed out of their bodies. The program is customized based upon time frame and schedule. Young Athletes learn the functional elements of fitness for peak performance including: Flexibility, Balance, Core Strength, Strength, Speed, Power.
