Mastering the basics of skateboarding is fun but challenging for kids and often scary for parents. The liquid fitness™ approach employs a rich variety of tools and activities to build the skills and athleticism needed to ride confidently and safely and will improve your child’s: Gross Motor Skills, Balance, Coordination, Focus, Agility, Speed, Strength, and Confidence

Girls Skateboarding

Girls just want to have fun and learn new stuff.  Skateboarding is a wonderful way to enjoy yourself and girls are naturals.  Designed specifically to help young girls develop confidence and ability, this class is a fantastic introduction to the most important fitness and athletic modalities:  Balance, Coordination, Quickness and a love of learning new ways to move through the world.

Boys Skateboarding

Boys love skateboarding but are often not sure how to learn or apply all of their energy.  This class is designed to help young boys learn how to move better and focus on building skills.  Fitness and athleticism including all the key modalities are covered including:  Balance, coordination, agility, quickness.

This conditioning program focuses on improving-specific power movement skills through innovative functional training systems.  Athletes are introduced to strength, rotational power, core, speed, agility and quickness.  This course will give your young athlete the boost needed to win challenges and elevate their performance on or off the field.

This program focuses on the physical parameters used to make individuals and teams excel.  Working alongside existing coaching staff, Tomas Anthony (Founder, everyday athlete®) teaches athletes how to move more efficiently and extract more power and speed out of their bodies.  The program is customized based upon time frame and schedule.  Young Athletes learn the functional elements of fitness for peak performance including:  Flexibility, Balance, Core Strength, Strength, Speed, Power.

Kids learn the foundational components of athleticism through a fun, dynamic and motivating training environment. Children between the ages of 8-12 are at a peak stage for nervous system development, this program focuses on developing better movement using Balance, agility, quickness, stability, reactivity and coordination through fun and challenging drills.
