Our signature small group “boot camp” that balances interval cardio with movement-based strength training. Inspired by diverse sports from surfing and climbing to boxing and ballet, workouts leverage techniques like dynamic balance, multi-directional movement, core strength and whole body power initiation. You'll use everything from medicine balls and suspension trainers to agility ladders, hurdles, kettle bells, sandbags and more. Never boring or routine, no TVs or machines, you’ll build the agility, speed, power and endurance you need to enjoy what you love.

Half-Hour Core Power
Half-Hour Core Power is targeted, focused, and challenging core work in a small group setting. You'll build strength and awareness of the core muscles, which are essential for nearly all physical movements and activities. Developing this critical muscle group protects the spine, prevents injury, increases balance and enhances performance – no matter what you’re doing.
