Everyday Athlete
Our signature small group “boot camp” that balances interval cardio with movement-based strength training. Inspired by diverse sports from surfing and climbing to boxing and ballet, workouts leverage techniques like dynamic balance, multi-directional movement, core strength and whole body power initiation. You'll use everything from medicine balls and suspension trainers to agility ladders, hurdles, kettle bells, sandbags and more. Never boring or routine, no TVs or machines, you’ll build the agility, speed, power and endurance you need to enjoy what you love.

Every bit as challenging and fun as our signature Everyday Athlete classes – only this class is designed especially for women and our unique bodies. Never boring or routine, no TVs or machines, you’ll build the agility, speed, power and endurance you need to enjoy what you love.
Everyday Athlete MST
Just like our signature Everyday Athlete class, with a unique twist. Our unique cardio-intensive "metabolic strength training" (MST) adds an additional goal of maintaining an elevated heart rate. Designed to support you in your weight loss and body composition goals, this small group class is challenging, supportive and fun!
Boxing
Boxing integrates the intensity and elation of a cardio workout with the power and grace of boxing. Improve your strength, responsiveness, coordination and mental focus -- and have a little fun, too!

Mommy + Baby Bungee™
Mommy + Baby Bungee. They bounce. You bounce back. In this integrated small group training class, you’ll build awareness, core strength, balance, flexibility and stamina. Balancing interval cardio with movement-based strength training, you’ll use everything from medicine balls and suspension trainers to agility ladders, hurdles, kettle bells, sandbags and more. Meanwhile, your baby learns basic socialization and gross motor skills, safely jumping in a Baby Bungee Bouncer.

Postnatal Bootcamp
Our small group circuit training designed specifically for postnatal women, this class restores and builds core muscles, strength, flexibility and balance. Challenging, engage and fun, Postnatal Bootcamp will help you bounce back -- and beyond! Plus, we offer childcare services (arranged and paid for separately) so you have the freedom to focus -- and the energy to fully enjoy your family.
