Most of us like to participate in multiple sports. This course is designed to help you improve your performance and enjoyment in the sports that you care most about. Tailored to meet the specific demands of your life and the sports you love, Cross-Sport Strength and Conditioning will enable you to play harder while reducing the risk of injuries, increasing your endurance and ability to perform well. This course begins with 6 weeks of 2x per week One on One training and transitions to 1x per week One on One and adds 2x week group sessions for an additional 6 weeks.
