Board Sports Specific Training Program for Surfers or ambitious everyday athletes. Designed to help people enjoy themselves more at the sports they love, Liquid Fitness™ will take your athleticism to new heights. Special attention is paid to posture, balance, flexibility and core strength. Unique and challenging sport specific equipment and methods are used to help people “feel” more connected to their body and perform better.
Program is customized and combines One on One and Small Group Sessions.
Duration is determined based upon your expected snowboarding/skiing/surf season and goals.
