everyday athlete is a body of work — a methodology, a set of protocols, and a portfolio of brand marks — held by Tomas Anthony individually. Operating partners, sport organizations, publishers, and product collaborators may inquire about licensing.

What is owned

The intellectual property held by Tomas Anthony under the everyday athlete umbrella consists of four distinct asset classes. Each is protected, each is documented, and each is independently licensable.

Licenses are granted on a case-by-case basis to partners whose work meets the standards of the methodology and the integrity of the parent brand. Typical licensees include:

Send a short email describing the venture, the audience, and the specific assets you would like to license. Tomas reviews every inquiry personally. A typical first response is a 30-minute call to determine fit; a typical engagement begins with a non-binding letter of intent.
