Youth Athletes Adults Organizations Methodology About Start a Conversation
Adult Athletes & Coaching

You are an athlete. Train like one.

Whether you surf, run, lift, play pickup, or just want to move without pain -- you deserve the same assessment-first approach we give a competitive 15-year-old. Because your body has a story, and we read it before we write the program.

Start a Conversation The Methodology
Powered by better athlete™ training intelligence

The same assessment technology used for elite youth athletes -- applied to your body, your goals, your schedule. Force plates, movement screens, and AI-powered analysis build a profile that is uniquely yours.

Identity, not activity

Being an athlete is not about what sport you play or how fast you go. It is about how you relate to your body -- with attention, discipline, and joy. That is what we train.

You are not broken. You are uninformed.

Most adults move through pain because nobody told them why it hurts. The assessment reveals the compensation patterns you have been building for years -- sometimes decades. Once you see the data, the path forward is clear.

Assessment before program. Always.

We will never hand you a template. Every training cycle begins with a full biomechanical assessment -- the same process, the same rigor, the same intelligence platform. Your body is the source code.

Strong body. Focused mind. Playful attitude.

This is not just a tagline. It is the framework. Physical strength creates capacity. Mental focus creates consistency. Playfulness creates longevity. We train all three -- because the adults who stay athletic for life are the ones who never stopped playing.

The 12-week cycle.

Long enough to create measurable adaptation. Short enough to reassess and adjust. Every cycle ends with new data -- so you can see exactly what changed and decide what comes next with your coach.

Three ways to work with us

Every program begins with an assessment. The format depends on how you want to train.

1:1 Coaching

Individualized Training

The full experience. Assessment, 12-week program design, and 1:1 coaching sessions tailored to your body, your sport, and your schedule.

  • Full biomechanical assessment
  • Personalized 12-week program
  • Weekly 1:1 coaching sessions
  • Reassessment at cycle end
  • Progress reporting and data review
Small Group

Community Training

Assessment-driven programming in a group setting. Every participant is individually assessed -- the group trains together, but each program is personalized.

  • Individual assessment for every member
  • Personalized programming within group format
  • 4-8 athletes per session
  • Coached sessions 2-3x per week
  • Quarterly reassessment cycles
Remote

Program Design

For athletes who want the assessment and the program but train independently. You get the intelligence -- the coaching is self-directed.

  • In-person or video-based assessment
  • Full 12-week program delivered digitally
  • Bi-weekly check-in calls
  • Program adjustments as needed
  • Reassessment at cycle end

From inquiry to results in four steps

The process is the same whether you are 25 or 65, whether you surf or just want to get off the floor without thinking about it.

01

The Conversation

Tell us about yourself. Your goals, your history, your relationship with movement. We listen before we measure.

02

The Assessment

Force plates, movement screens, strength testing. We test rested and fatigued. The data tells us what your body needs -- not what you think it needs.

03

The Program

12 weeks of individualized training prescribed from your assessment data. Corrective work, strength, mobility, sport-specific preparation. Nothing generic.

04

The Reassessment

We measure again. You see what changed. Together, we decide where to go next. The cycle continues as long as you want to keep progressing.

You do not need to be elite. You need to be honest.

Our adult clients include surfers, runners, weekend warriors, former college athletes, parents who want to keep up with their kids, executives who sit all day, and people recovering from injuries they were told would never fully heal.

The common thread is not the sport. It is the willingness to look at the data and do the work.

If you have been training the same way for years and still dealing with the same pain, the same plateau, the same nagging injury -- the assessment will tell you why. And the program will give you a way forward.
