Services
Expert personal training for athletes of every age and ability — delivered at your location, built around your goals, and designed to prepare you for the best in life.
Tomas travels to you across New York City — your home, your building's gym, a park, or a facility of your choosing ($50 travel fee). Prefer to come to him? Train at his fully equipped private gym in Brooklyn. Youth athletes can also train on local soccer fields in Red Hook, Park Slope, and Brooklyn Heights. Your choice, your schedule.
Ages 10 & Up
Young athletes need more than sport-specific drills — they need a solid athletic foundation. Coordination, functional strength, body awareness, and the confidence to compete and recover are all built here.
Minimum age for youth training programs. Tomas works with young athletes through high school.
Youth training documentation is available for insurance reimbursement purposes, including programs supporting Medicaid HCBS and EPSDT waiver services. Ask about our clinical documentation options.
Post-Rehabilitation
Physical therapy gets you out of pain. Performance training gets you back in the game. Tomas bridges that gap — working closely with your PT and physician to ensure a progressive, confident return to full activity.
NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist certification ensures every post-rehab program is grounded in clinical best practice.
Tomas works with your orthopedic surgeon, physical therapist, and sports medicine physician — sharing progress reports and adjusting programming based on clinical feedback.
Adult & Sport-Specific
Whether you're training for a specific sport, trying to keep up with life, or just want to feel strong and capable in everything you do — this is where serious adult training happens.
NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist — sport-specific programming to make you measurably better at what you love.
Everyday Athlete's methodology draws from surfing, boxing, climbing, ballet, and more to create workouts that build dynamic, multi-directional athleticism — not just gym strength.
The Process
We talk about your goals, history, injuries, schedule, and what you want from training. No commitment required — just an honest conversation.
Movement screening, functional assessment, and a review of any medical history or PT notes. This is how we build something that's actually right for your body.
Your program is built from scratch around your assessment, goals, sport, and life. No templates. No cookie-cutter workouts.
Train at your place or Tomas's private gym in Brooklyn. Sessions are focused, challenging, and always different. Your full attention is required — and rewarded.
Regular reassessment tracks your gains and adjusts your programming. For post-rehab clients, progress is communicated to your care team.
The goal isn't just a short-term fix. It's building athletic habits, movement literacy, and a body that's ready for whatever life brings.

Tomas coordinates directly with your PT or physician before starting, reviews your discharge notes, and builds programming that picks up where formal therapy left off. You're never starting from zero.
Tomas works with young athletes age 10 and up through high school. Programming is always age-appropriate, fun, and designed to build long-term athletic development — not just short-term sport performance.
Most clients train 2–3 times per week. Youth athletes may train more frequently during their season. The right frequency depends on your goals, recovery, and schedule — something we figure out together.
