Athletic Development
At Scale.

Systematic injury prevention and performance programming for New York City schools, soccer clubs, and youth sports organizations — built on 25 years of real-world evidence and powered by the Everyday Balance™ platform.

1 in 5
Youth athletes sustain a serious injury before age 18 — most of them preventable with proper screening and programming.
$935M
Annual cost of youth sports injuries to American families — and that doesn't count the lost seasons, confidence, and long-term risk.
88%
Of ACL injuries in youth soccer players are non-contact — meaning they occur during normal play, not collisions. They are largely preventable.

Most Youth Programs
Have No System.

Coaches want to develop their athletes. Athletic directors want to protect them. But without a systematic approach to movement screening, injury prevention, and performance development — the outcomes are inconsistent and the risk stays high.

The problem isn't effort. It's infrastructure. Most youth sports programs — from private school teams to competitive clubs — have never had access to the tools and expertise that professional organizations take for granted.

  • No baseline movement assessment to identify at-risk athletes before injury occurs
  • No systematic injury prevention protocol built into the weekly training schedule
  • No data continuity — when an athlete gets injured, the history lives on paper (if at all)
  • No bridge between physical therapy discharge and return-to-full-performance
  • No measurable outcomes tracking to show parents and administrators that the program works

The Everyday Athlete Answer

Bring the same evidence-based approach used by professional sports organizations to your school, club, or program.

Systematic. Measurable. Scalable.

The EA Assessment Kit — our 3-tier framework — gives any youth sports program the infrastructure to screen, prevent, and perform at a higher level. Now available as a pilot program for NYC-area organizations.

The Framework

The EA Assessment Kit

A three-tier framework designed to be deployed at any level — from a single team assessment to a full-program implementation across an entire school or club roster.

Baseline Screening & Assessment

A comprehensive movement and athletic health assessment for every athlete in the program. We evaluate movement quality, identify muscle imbalances, document injury history, and establish a baseline athletic profile — giving coaches and parents a clear picture of each athlete's readiness and risk level.

The Process

How A Pilot Works

A pilot program is designed to demonstrate clear, measurable outcomes within one season — with no long-term commitment required to get started.

01
Intake & Assessment

We start with a discovery call to understand your organization's goals, sport(s), age groups, and scheduling. Then we conduct a full Tier 1 assessment of your athletes — movement screening, injury history, and athletic profile — for every player in the program. Results are reviewed with coaches and, where appropriate, shared with parents.

02
Custom Protocol Design

Based on your assessment results, we design a custom Tier 2 or Tier 3 program specific to your sport, age group, facility, and schedule constraints. The program is built to integrate seamlessly into your existing practice structure — not to replace it. Coaches receive an education session so the protocol can be self-led between visits.

03
Ongoing Delivery & Reporting

Weekly or bi-weekly on-site sessions with full documentation. Monthly progress reports delivered to athletic directors or head coaches showing injury rates, movement quality improvement, and any re-assessment flags. At the end of the pilot season, a full outcomes report provides the case for program continuation and expansion.

What You Get

Measurable Outcomes.

Injury Rate Data

Track and compare injury rates season-over-season. Baseline and follow-up movement screen data gives you before-and-after proof of the program's impact on athlete health.

Athlete Health Records

A documented movement and health profile for every athlete in the program — accessible to coaches, and designed to travel with the athlete from season to season.

Coach Education

Your coaches learn the protocol, the warm-up system, and the red flags to watch for. The goal is to leave your organization more capable than when we arrived — not to create dependency.

Parent Transparency

A clear, professional communication about your program's investment in athlete safety — a differentiator for competitive clubs and private schools in a crowded market.

BetterAthlete™ Integration

Pilot program athletes gain early access to the BetterAthlete™ platform — putting their movement data, injury history, and progress tracking in their hands for life, not just for the season.

Clinical Bridge

For athletes with active injuries or returning from surgery, we coordinate directly with their PT or orthopedist — creating a seamless, documented path from rehab back to full performance.

Better Balance.
Stronger Athletes.
Play Forever.
